No Return, No Refund Policy

At Ocean View Deep Waves Pomade, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.

However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we are happy to provide a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Clear photos or video showing the damage to the product and packaging

• Your order number and shipping information

Once your evidence is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for supporting Ocean View!
